The job holder is responsible for aligning the brand’s strategic direction along with development of long terms and short term marketing plans and execution for designated geography. Also responsible for market share, brand equity, agency management and financial performance of brand.
• Build and structure detailed marketing strategies and initiatives and implement them across categories, brands and BUs
• Bring a strategic orientation to the business, combining analytical thinking and problem solving into developing a clear and ambitious vision for the future of the IFFCO Culinary Global markets
• Develop and execute portfolio & brand strategies and business plans in collaboration with the Commercial team (trade marketing, sales and S&D)
• Determine the priorities to enable consumer-centric brand portfolio growth.
• Partner with R&D and marketing teams across IFFCO BUs to deliver value added innovations.
• Collaborate with the BUs in developing the best in class communication campaign across brands and geographies. Help building strong execution plans through traditional and digital media channels.
• Review the CMI budget for brand building and consumer acquisition, marketing campaigns and insights
• Build healthy relationships with different organizational stakeholders such as customers, government ministries, and suppliers.
• Work collaboratively with stakeholders by establishing and maintaining effective working relationships.
• Solve problems creatively whilst demonstrating a high level of integrity in line with the company’s core values.
• Manage relationships in accordance with policies, procedures, and legal requirements
Must have a Degree and Maters in Marketing is preferable.
