Responsibilities:
Assign and evaluate the performance of subordinates.
Assist in operations and maintain visibility during meal periods.
Establish and adhere to par stocks for all operating equipment and supplies.
Achieve forecasted food and beverage revenue figures.
Control operating expenses and ensure cost-effectiveness.
Manage the restaurant efficiently, upholding our concept statements.
Conduct and assist in monthly inventory checks on all operating equipment and supplies.
Organize and carry out inventory checks at various intervals.
Oversee the requisitioning, storage, and use of operating equipment and supplies.
Conduct daily pre-shift briefings and attend Food and Beverage and Operations Meetings.
Address guest complaints, requests, and inquiries effectively.
Identify market needs and trends in collaboration with the Director of Food and Beverage.
RequirementsRequirements
+4 years of experience in the hotel industry, preferably.
Experience in the GCC and/or Middle East Region is advantageous.
Outstanding communication skills, both written and verbal.
Commitment to exceeding guest expectations.
