We are seeking a dynamic Performance Marketing Manager who can drive and optimize our paid advertising efforts for three of our products (thepaystubs.com, paystubcreator.net, paystubs.net).
Start Date: ASAP
Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute a comprehensive Paid Ads strategy: Create and implement a strategic plan for paid advertising campaigns, reducing CAC and aligning with business objectives.
- Manage Paid Ads budget: Effectively allocate and optimize the PPC budget to ensure efficient resource utilization, regularly evaluating and adjusting spending to align with business goals and market opportunities.
- Build and manage an efficient Paid Ads team: Lead the recruitment and development of a team of PPC Executives, fostering a results-driven culture where continuous learning, collaboration, and development are encouraged.
- Maximize website conversions & revenue: Optimize PPC campaigns, ad copy, and landing pages to drive targeted traffic and increase conversion rates, ultimately driving revenue growth.
Qualifications:
- Proven track record of PPC achievements for industry-leading brands in a competitive digital landscape.
- 5+ years of experience in a PPC management position.
- 2 years of experience managing a small team is preferred.
- Excellent knowledge of current Performance Marketing practices across platforms such as Google Ads, Bing Ads, Meta Ads, and social media advertising.
- Experience in the USA market is a plus.
- Advanced Excel skills, VBA is a plus.
Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
Experience in budget management and cost optimization.
Proficiency in speaking, reading, and writing English is a must.
Working Conditions:
- Location: Dubai - United Arab Emirates or willing to relocate to Dubai

Compensation:
- Salary: Competitive salary based on experience
- Bonus: up to 4 additional salaries
- Raise: up to 15% annually
