Post Producer | Arabic Speaking
Dubai Video Production / Full-time / On-site We’re looking for someone who’ll work closely with our Creative and Social teams to bring their best across innovation, collaboration and exploration when it comes to creating thumb-stopping content experiences.

Responsibilities
+ Lead the Post-production and editing of digital videos for mobile and social distribution
+ Be an expert on our client (brand guidelines, pace, colour palettes, style) and social platforms
+ Demonstrate expertise in platform technical specs (FB, IG, Snap, TT, X, YT, LI)
+ Consistently execute post production briefs, on time and to spec with minimal intervention from the Production Lead and with a low revision rate
+ High-level understanding and experience with Adobe Suite editing experience with Premiere Pro and a high-level of understanding of the Adobe Suite editing softwares
+ Strong understanding of colour correction, grading and audio fundamentals (knowledge of DaVinci colour grading software is a bonus)
+ Ability to compose live action with animated or 3D elements and creating VFX elements, with intermediate knowledge of After Effects
+ Identify areas of development for the rest of the post-production team based on your advanced experience (eg a better file management systems, better software for sound mixing/colour grading, better LUTs or presets etc) and share your expertise
+ Ability to identify training/up-skilling opportunities for post production team and request from Product Manager or relevant internal expert
+ Lead the charge with mobile-first video editing, social media best-practices and how to maximise reach with our audience
Experience
+ Comfort in ambiguity: things change all the time and you’ll have to be comfortable operating within a realm of uncertainty
+ Willing to step up and step in with the editing team during peak project seasons
+ Autonomous, with a focus on creating impact independently High-level understanding and experience with Adobe Suite editing experience with Premiere Pro and a high-level of understanding of the Adobe Suite editing softwares
+ Strong understanding of colour correction, grading and audio fundamentals
+ Ability to compose live action with animated or 3D elements and creating VFX elements
+ Delegate amongst an international team of editors and motion designers
+ Strong technical background in video production and editing
+ Excellent storytelling and conceptual skills
+ Creative problem solving
