What we expect from you:

• Work closely with Product Managers and stakeholders to lead the overall design process from idea to actual product, and create engaging user experiences for Justlife
• Provide design support for multiple platforms and products for Web, Responsive and Mobile App Experience (Ios and Android clients)
• Understand user needs and pain points, come up with the best solution alternatives, and work with different teams to build them
• Make benchmark, create the persona analysis for the related market and user journeys to make the product the best
• Plan, execute, and analyze usability tests
• Develop a successful A / B testing hypotheses to improve user experience
• Follow modern & trend design practices and be eager to adopt them
• Have a data driven (quantitative – qualitative) design process

What we are looking for:

• Minimum 4 to 8+ years of experience in UI & UX
• Fluent in English
• Advanced knowledge of design program Figma, Miro and Trello
• Knowledge of interaction design, user-centered design processes, as well as knowledge of UX principles and techniques
• Review and iterate on current designs
• Impressive portfolio showcasing a clear understanding of simplicity, typography, interactions and product design
• Understanding and appreciation of the practice of design iteration by always experimenting, evaluating and learning
• Proven experience of advocacy for the customer and applying user research insights to your design
• Strong communication skills and being a good team player
• Passion to learn and keep up with the cutting edge technologies
• Good at communication and at working in harmony with all units and departments in the design ecosystem
