About the Role: As a Production Manager, you will oversee the planning, execution, and delivery of exhibition and event projects within the oil and gas sector. Your expertise in project installation, along with a deep understanding of quality standards and safety regulations, will ensure the successful delivery of complex events.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the production process for exhibitions and events, focusing on the oil and gas industry.
  
• Manage all phases of event production, from concept development to execution, ensuring adherence to timelines and budgets.
  
• Oversee the installation of projects, ensuring technical specifications and safety standards are met.
  
• Coordinate with internal teams and external contractors to ensure all aspects of the project are aligned.
  
• Implement quality control and risk management practices throughout the production lifecycle.
  
• Develop and manage budgets, optimize expenses, and ensure financial targets are met.
  
• Train and lead a team of professionals, promoting a culture of high performance and continuous improvement.
  
• Liaise with clients, suppliers, and stakeholders to maintain strong working relationships.
  

Essential Qualifications:

• Minimum 5 years of experience in the exhibition or event management industry, with specific exposure to the oil and gas sector.
  
• Proven track record of managing large-scale events or exhibitions.
  
• Bachelor’s degree in Event Management, Project Management, Engineering, or related field.
  

Skills Required:

• Proficiency in MS Office and ERP software.
  
• Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills.

Working Conditions:
