PurposeThe position is
responsible for providing administrative support to the Project Manager and the
project team. This role involves coordinating project activities, maintaining
documentation, and facilitating communication to ensure projects are delivered
on time and within scope. Work Overview
Managing and organizing project-related
documents, contracts, and records.
Collaborating with procurement and logistics
departments to ensure timely scheduling.
Coordinating meetings, appointments, and
project timelines for team members and stakeholders.
Facilitating communication among project
team members, stakeholders, and external parties.
Inputting and maintaining project-related
data and information in databases or project management software.
Preparing and distributing progress reports,
updates, and project status summaries.
Assisting in monitoring project budgets,
expenses, and financial records.
Coordinating procurement activities, such as
purchasing supplies or equipment for the project.
Assisting in managing project resources,
including personnel and equipment allocation.
Maintaining accurate records of project
activities, expenditures, and correspondence.
Providing general administrative support to
project managers and team members, such as filing, copying, and managing
correspondence.
Assisting in identifying and documenting
project risks and issues.
Ensuring project deliverables meet quality
standards and assisting with quality assurance processes.
Supporting the onboarding of new team
members and providing training on project-related processes and tools.
RequirementsPrerequisites
Good communication and interpersonal skills
Proficiency in office software (e.g., Microsoft Office
Suite), project management software, and collaboration tools are essential.

Qualifications and Education Requirements
Degree in IT, Business or any related courses
Minimum of 1 year of relevant experience in IT Industry
