To Manage a defined project from the Sales Enquiry,
definition, preparation, mobilization, installation & commissioning as
described in the business Project Management Procedures. Working under the
Technical and Project Manager, in conjunction with other key functions –, UAE
Operational locations and Product Development
Key Responsibilities:
• Capture all Equipment/Assets documents and prepare
Technical Files for review.
• Interact daily with Project team and Operations to
interpret their needs and requirements and represent them in the field.
• Perform overall quality control of the work (budget,
schedule, plans, personnel’s performance) and report regularly on project
status.
• Assign responsibilities and mentor project team.
• Cooperate and communicate effectively with project team to
provide assistance and technical support.
• Review engineering deliverables and initiate appropriate
corrective actions.
• Enforce health and safety procedures.
Qualification & Training:
• Bachelor’s degree, HNC/HND in Mechanical / Electrical/
HSEQ/ Industrial or equivalent technical qualification with 3 years’ work
experience in related field
• Certified IMS (ISO 9001:2015, ISO 45001:2018, ISO
14001:2015 & API Spec Q2) Internal Auditor with minimum of 2 years Auditing
experience.
• PMP Certified with at least 3 years of multiple project
and people management experience
• Basic Offshore Survival Induction & Emergency Training
(BOSIET)
Experience(s):
• Minimum 3-4 years total working experience in a project
management role (with 3+ years managing team / in supervisory role) in relevant
sector (energy / oil & gas) with an aggregate of 4 year offshore/ island[1]based
work experience
• Minimum of 3-4 years’ experience working within oilfield
drilling waste industry as related service or process provider
• Demonstrate proven experience in organizing your own work
effectively and setting priorities to meet competing deadlines.
• Commitment and strong understanding of the issues
surrounding the quality of client service delivery
• Competent in reading and understanding Engineering
drawings
• Working Knowledge of mechanical & electrical equipment
certification requirements for the Oil & Gas sector
• Working knowledge with Microsoft Office and the ability to
use business support software
• Working knowledge in employee engagement, personnel
training & competency related subject matter
• DNV 2.7-1 knowledge
• ATEX and CE knowledge
