1)     To monitor and control the budget and establish budget-awareness within the department team to ensure objectives are met to get the suitable profit. 2)     To liaise with customers to maintain good relationships and to ensure all payments are received according to contracts/orders terms and conditions. 3)     To lead the department team to achieve customer satisfaction in terms of time schedules and cost without compromising Quality, Health, Safety, and the Environment standards. 4)     To represent the Company and enhance relationships in dealings with clients, consultants in order to achieve business goals. 5)     To develop professional and open relationships with clients & customers whilst ensuring the interests of the Company are protected and to actively pursue the broadening of Company client & customer base. 6)     To support and implement Company mission, vision, and values working with other divisions to ensure Company’s prominence as premier local and regional contributor. 7)     To maintain awareness of new technologies and products and be familiar with new competition goods that will increase the efficiency of the department and continuously devise and improve methods to stay ahead of the competition. 8)     To work closely with and develop strong effective relationships with all service departments and to act as a liaison with these departments to ensure all Company targets are met. 9)     To assess capabilities and talents of team members and identify training needs and contribute to the personal development of individual including sourcing of additional personnel according to the department requirement. 10)  To conduct periodic internal meetings with the department team to review progress and discuss issues in order to resolve problems and set plans and priorities to resolve all the problems to follow up the payment. 11)   Planning and Execution of Projects – New Installations.     12)  Conducting Lift design review with clients and co-ordination with Design team to resolve issues if any. Project scheduling. Scheduling of activities of the Project such as mobilization of man and machine, installation and testing schedules, handing over etc.   13)  Planning and implementation of the Project to ensure that deliverables are on schedule, project milestone dates are met, and given tasks are completed within the allowed budget.   14)  Support in Invoicing upon delivery and work in progress.   15)  Support the sales team in critical projects.                           16) Meeting deadlines in handing over the projects. Requirements ·        Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering ·        12-15 years experience in the Elevator Escalator Industry ·        Engineering standards and codes of practice ·        Contract and commercial knowledge ·        Negotiation skills ·        Team leadership ·        Computer skills ·        Planning skills ·        Ability to plan, organize, lead, and monitor team efforts to their successful completion ·        Excellent in English Language, Arabic would be an advantage Benefits As per UAE law and JAM policies
