Role And Responsibilities:
In this role, you will:
Establish detailed client briefs and maintain communication with clients and design teams Manage feasibility studies and obtain necessary approvals Coordinate project finances and monitor expenditure Interview and select contractors Inspect construction works for quality Provide regular project updates to clients Lead on the development of business cases
Experience And Skills Required:
To succeed in this role, you must possess:
A relevant degree Experience in the built environment sector Knowledge of UK regulations* Strong communication skills
