Project Manager - Design

Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage interior architecture projects from concept through completion, ensuring adherence to project scope, budget, and timeline.
• Develop project plans, schedules, and budgets in collaboration with the design team and other stakeholders.
• Coordinate with consultants, contractors, vendors, and other project stakeholders to facilitate effective communication and collaboration.
• Oversee the selection and procurement of materials, finishes, and furnishings, ensuring quality and compliance with design specifications.
• Conduct regular site visits to monitor project progress, address issues, and ensure compliance with design intent and quality standards.
• Provide leadership and mentorship to junior team members, fostering a collaborative and supportive work environment.
• Maintain strong client relationships, addressing client needs and concerns throughout the project lifecycle.
• Stay updated on industry trends, best practices, and regulatory requirements to ensure design excellence and compliance.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Interior Design, Architecture, or related field.
• 10+ years of experience in interior architecture, with a proven track record of managing projects in the UAE market.
• Strong knowledge of interior design principles, materials, construction techniques, and FF&E procurement processes.
• Excellent project management skills, including the ability to develop project plans, manage budgets, and allocate resources effectively.
• Experience working with consultants, contractors, and other project stakeholders to deliver high-quality design solutions.
• Proficiency in project management software and tools (e.g., AutoCAD, Revit, MS Project) preferred.
• Exceptional communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Fluency in English; knowledge of Arabic is a plus.
