Black & Grey HR is actively recruiting a Project Sales Executive for a leading provider of data centre infrastructure services based in Dubai, UAE. This role focuses on driving sales for Uninterruptible Power Supplies (UPS) and UPS batteries. The ideal candidate will possess a robust understanding of the product range, outstanding sales capabilities, and the aptitude to manage and execute large-scale projects successfully.


Responsibilities:


- Develop and implement strategic sales plans to meet targets and expand market presence for UPS systems and batteries.


- Analyse market trends, competitor activities, and customer demands to pinpoint sales opportunities.


- Prepare comprehensive sales plans, forecasts, and reports.


- Proactively identify and capture new business opportunities within targeted markets and sectors.


- Build and sustain strong relationships with potential and existing clients, including corporate entities, data centres, hospitals, and industrial facilities.


- Deliver presentations, conduct product demonstrations, and organize site visits for prospective clients.


- Oversee the entire sales cycle for UPS and UPS battery projects, from initiation through to delivery and post-sale support.


- Collaborate with internal teams (engineering, logistics, customer service) to ensure seamless project execution.


- Monitor project progress, resolve any arising issues, and ensure delivery within the agreed scope, timeline, and budget.


- Maintain an in-depth knowledge of UPS systems, batteries, and associated technologies.


- Offer technical guidance and support to clients, including the creation of tailored solutions to meet specific requirements.


- Stay informed on industry trends and technological advancements in UPS systems.



Requirements

- Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field.


- At least 5 years of sales experience, preferably in the UPS and UPS batteries sector.


- Comprehensive technical knowledge of UPS systems and batteries.


- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.


- Ability to operate both independently and collaboratively in a team environment.


- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
