Job Description:

  • Research, identify, and evaluate potential F&B suppliers based on quality, pricing, reliability, and compliance with industry standards.
  • Negotiate terms and conditions with suppliers to secure favorable agreements in terms of pricing, payment terms, delivery schedules, and quality standards.
  • Draft, review, and manage contracts to ensure compliance with legal and organizational requirements.
  • Work closely with culinary, operations, and finance teams to understand their requirements and develop sourcing strategies aligned with business objectives.
  • Conduct periodic supplier audits and assessments to ensure adherence to agreed-upon quality parameters.

About the Client:

A leading F&B group based in Abu Dhabi, known for serving the best flavors of specialty coffee and desserts.

 

Qualifications:

  1. Open to Asian nationalities
  2. 38 years old and below
  3. Minimum 3 years’ experience as a Sourcing Specialist, preferably in the hospitality industry with a focus on F&B procurement
  4. Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain Management, or a related field
  5. Certification in procurement or supply chain management (e.g., CSCP, CPSM) is advantageous
  6. Proficiency working with hospitality management systems and procurement software
  7. Strong negotiation and contract management skills
  8. Familiarity with sourcing, procurement processes, relevant regulations and compliance standards in the hospitality and F&B industry
  9. In-depth knowledge of F&B products, market trends, and supplier landscape.
