Quality Management:
Develop and maintain a Quality Management System (QMS) to meet applicable standards.
Conduct internal audits to assess compliance with quality standards.
Establish and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) related to quality.
Environmental Management:
Develop and implement environmental management policies and procedures.
Monitor and report on environmental performance, ensuring compliance with regulations.
Implement initiatives to reduce the organization's environmental impact.
Regulatory Compliance:
Stay informed about relevant laws, regulations, and industry standards.
Ensure the organization's compliance with local, national, and international regulations.
Documentation and Reporting:
Maintain accurate and detailed records of quality control activities.
Prepare and present reports on quality performance to management.
Training and Development:
Provide training to employees on quality control procedures and standards.
Work with teams to enhance overall quality awareness and skills.
Supplier and Vendor Management:
Collaborate with suppliers and vendors to ensure their products and services meet quality standards.
Conduct supplier audits and assessments.
Continuous Improvement:
Identify areas for improvement in quality control processes.
Implement corrective and preventive actions to address quality issues.
Customer Relations:
Work closely with customers to understand their quality requirements and address any concerns.
Implement feedback mechanisms to continuously improve customer satisfaction.

• Conducting ISO / QMS /Quality awareness training for staff.
• Controlling glass rejection and cost analysis & consumable insert cost analysis.
• Directing the Factory & Site QA/QC Engineers.
• Preparing quality document for projects as per project requirements and preparing quality document for tender / commercial department.
• Monitoring & verifying all material submittals and technical submittals to clients.
• Monitoring KPI’s in-line with Quality objectives.
• Visiting site and carryout random site inspection & monitoring the installation.
• Monitoring project documentation and helping to resolve quality issues & customer complaints.
• Monitoring Material, production, assy. & glassing process rejection analysis.
• Monitoring NCR, Corrective & preventive actions.
• Carrying out internal audit with Quality Auditors.
• Attending Quality Meetings with Supplier / Main Contractor / client.
Educational background & Experience:
· Master’s / Bachelor’s degree in engineering field with minimum 12 years (minimum 5years as manager) experience in Glass and Aluminum.
· Professional certifications (e.g., NEBOSH, ISO 14001 Lead Auditor, Quality Management System Lead Auditor) are preferred.
Knowledge, skill and competencies:
· Strong communication and leadership skills
· Knowledge of ISO procedures & implementation.
· Fluent in the English language. Arabic is a plus.
