If you are a broker with experience in the Dubai real estate market and are interested in earning high commissions immediately, then we welcome you to join us!

Responsibilities:

• Working in the company's CRM system
• Promptly processing incoming inquiries from the company's advertising channels
• Attending trainings conducted by the company
• Identifying customer needs and developing commercial solutions for them
• Conducting property showings and closing deals, ensuring repeat business and referrals
• Assisting clients in finding real estate in different price segments
• Meeting sales targets and working towards results
• Providing investment consultations for real estate clients
• Establishing a workflow in accordance with the company's effective regulations
• Participating in video recordings for the company's social media pages
• Providing post-sales support to clients
• Requirements:Minimum of 6 months of experience in real estate sales in the UAE
• Advanced level of English language proficiency
• Sales and persuasion skills
• Knowledge of the Dubai real estate market and understanding of legal aspects of deals
• High communication skills, organizational and management skills
• Market analysis and trend tracking
• Familiarity with the area, quick and efficient movement
• Professional appearance
• Confidence, planning skills, decisiveness, and reliability
• Knowledge of foreign languages will be a plus
