Job Title: Sales & Marketing Executive (Hospitality)


Location: Sharjah, UAE


Overview: A reputable hospitality establishment in Sharjah, UAE, is seeking a dynamic Sales & Marketing Executive to spearhead our B2B and B2C sales initiatives. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in targeting corporate clients for events and attracting individual customers for wedding bookings, parties, and functions. This role offers a unique opportunity to contribute to the growth of our hotel by driving sales revenue and fostering lasting relationships with clients.


Key Responsibilities:


  1. Develop and execute strategic sales and marketing plans to target corporate clients for events and individual customers for weddings, parties, and functions.
  2. Identify and pursue new business opportunities through proactive outreach, networking, and lead generation activities.
  3. Cultivate strong relationships with corporate decision-makers, event planners, and individual customers to understand their needs and preferences.
  4. Collaborate closely with the events and catering teams to ensure seamless execution of events and functions, meeting and exceeding client expectations.
  5. Conduct site tours and presentations to showcase our facilities, services, and amenities to potential clients.
  6. Prepare and present proposals, contracts, and pricing agreements tailored to the specific requirements of corporate and individual clients.
  7. Utilize CRM software to manage client interactions, track sales activities, and generate reports to monitor progress towards sales targets.
  8. Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and market developments to identify opportunities for growth and innovation.
  9. Represent our establishment at industry events, trade shows, and networking functions to enhance brand visibility and attract potential clients.
  10. Ensure compliance with all hotel policies, procedures, and standards of service to uphold the establishment's reputation for excellence.

Qualifications:


  1. Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Hospitality Management, or related field.
  2. Minimum of 8 years of sales and marketing experience in the UAE, with a focus on both B2B and B2C segments.
  3. Proven track record of success in targeting corporate clients for events and securing bookings for weddings, parties, and functions.
  4. Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  5. Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build and maintain relationships with diverse clientele.
  6. Results-driven mindset with a passion for exceeding sales targets and achieving business objectives.
  7. Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
  8. Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and CRM software.
  9. Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
