How will you make an impact?
As a true ambassador of Cartier, you will develop and lead strategic initiatives that elevate the brands presence through partnerships with high-profile calibres (press, celebrities, FOM, POI, KOL) and specialize in planning successful collaborations. You will be confident in measuring and analysing the brands overall awarness through editorial initiatives to generate needed action plans to reach the Maison target audience, evaluate and report on the impact of collaborations and ROI. As part of your role, you will orchestrate all PR incorporation externally with stakeholders (press, celebrities, FOM, KOL) and internally with other departments. You will be involved in the development of communication strategies, programs and activities for Cartier MEIAT region and measure the success through corresponding ROI results. In addition, your role supports both local and global initiatives with a priority on generating consistent and positive messaging across all media channels.
How will you experience success with us?
Seeing this opportunity as a long term career with us, you will be fluent in English with excellent communication skills to collaborate with both colleagues and clients - Arabic is a plus but not essential for the role. You are an experienced PR expert with a minimum of 8 years expeience in the field with a good network of PR and contacts. You have a deep understanding of luxury and the entertainment and fashion world and are a natural collaborator who can work easily in agile and ever changing environments. You have proven experience as a team manager, you are confident to inspire your team with your leadership abilities & to coach and grow the talents around you. In addition to your PR knowledge, this role envolves a large amount of analyses, reporting, reviewing ROI and suggesting business plans so we are seeking an analytical and strategic mind who is able to review data and build a roadmap from the data. Strong experience in Excel & Powerpoint is needed, along with excellent project management skills. A knowledge of the MEIAT region is a plus and prior experience in a luxury agency background would be highly beneficial.
