Multiple Retail Positions in High-End Jewellery and Fashion
Store Manager:
Lead and manage daily operations of the store
Develop and implement strategies to achieve sales targets and enhance customer satisfaction.
Train, mentor, and supervise store staff.
Monitor inventory levels and ensure stock availability.
Handle customer inquiries and resolve any issues efficiently.
Maintain store appearance and ensure compliance with company standards.
Previous experience in a similar role in luxury retail.
Strong leadership and communication skills.
Excellent sales and customer service abilities.
European citizenship preferred.
Assistant Store Manager:
Assist the store manager in overseeing store operations.
Support staff training and development initiatives.
Ensure adherence to company policies and procedures.
Assist in managing inventory and stock levels.
Provide excellent customer service and address customer concerns.
European citizenship preferred.
Retail experience in a luxury environment.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Sales Associate:
Welcome and assist customers in selecting jewellery and fashion items.
Provide product information and recommendations to customers.
Process transactions accurately and efficiently.
Maintain a clean and organized store environment.
Meet sales targets and contribute to the overall success of the store.
European citizenship preferred.
Previous retail experience, preferably in luxury fashion or jewellery.
Strong communication and presentation skills.
Passion for luxury products and excellent customer service.
Retail Assistant:
Support store operations and assist customers as needed.
Maintain product displays and visual merchandising standards.
Process transactions and handle cash transactions.
Assist with inventory management tasks.
European citizenship preferred.
Retail experience in a similar role.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
