What We’re Looking For

• A proven track record of 1-2 years in a Similar Role in a Luxury Hotel environment in the UAE.
  
• Strong sales and marketing skills in the Food and Beverage field, with the ability to drive results with Enthusiasm.
  
• Superior Problem-Solving Skills and the competence to Exceed Expectations in dynamic and competitive operational environments.
  
• Impeccable communication skills, both verbal and written, with fluency in English (Additional languages are a Plus).
  
• Excellent interpersonal skills, leveraging strong verbal and written skills to engage effectively with FIVE Tribe Members, and stakeholders.
  
• Computer literacy, with a mastery of Word, Excel, and Outlook.
  
• A Proactive Nature, coupled with a meticulous Eye for Detail, ensuring every aspect of the Operation is curated to perfection.
  
• 'FIVE-Styled’ Visionary thinking by finding creative solutions, while taking Ownership for all duties and tasks assigned.

Key Responsibilities

• Conducts thorough Tele Sales Research on existing and potential Clients under the Guidance of the Director of Sales and Marketing, contributing to Strategic Client Acquisition and Retention efforts.
  
• Assists in coordinating Direct Mail Campaigns on behalf of the Sales and Marketing Team, managing labelling, data collection, and distribution processes to Enhance Client Engagement and Brand Awareness.
  
• Captures accurate Meeting Minutes for all sessions led by the Director of Sales and Marketing, maintaining Meticulous documentation of Key discussions and Action items.
  
• Establishes and maintains Effective Filing Systems and Standards, ensuring Easy Access to essential documents and information for Seamless Departmental Operations.
  
• Provides comprehensive support to the Director of Sales and Marketing and Sales Managers, assisting them in achieving Team Objectives and fostering a Culture of Collaboration and Success.
  
• Efficiently screens and manages Incoming Calls, ensuring they are Directed appropriately and Handled with Sophistication and Professionalism.
  
• Organises and prioritises incoming mail, directing Correspondence to the Director of Sales and Marketing and the Sales Department, maintaining the Highest Standards of Attention to Detail.
  
• Exemplifies the Pinnacle of Professionalism, Ethics, and Hospitality in all interactions with FIVE’s Guests, Clients, and the FIVE Tribe, embodying the buzzing ‘Vibe at FIVE’ at all times.
  
• Executes all duties and responsibilities with Efficiency and Precision, adhering to established Company Policies and Procedures to uphold FIVE’s reputation for Excellence.
  
• Curates and updates the Department's operating manual, encompassing Policies, Procedures, and Regulatory Guidelines, to ensure Clarity and Consistency in Operations.
  
• Oversees the administration of Annual Contracts for Corporate and Leisure Business, demonstrating Meticulous Attention to Detail and adherence to Contractual Obligations.
  
• Remains flexible and adaptable to the evolving needs of FIVE, readily taking on Additional responsibilities and tasks as required to Support the Success and Growth of FIVE.
