Roles & Responsibilities:
Major Customer Account Management: Oversee and manage key customer accounts, ensuring their needs are met and maintaining strong relationships.
Client Acquisition: Actively seek out and secure new clients in the target market segments.
Marketing and Promotion: Develop and execute strategies to market products effectively and expand business opportunities.
Product Development: Lead efforts in designing and developing new fencing products, ensuring they meet market demands and quality standards.
Annual Marketing Plan: Collaborate with the sales department to develop an annual marketing plan aligned with organizational objectives.
Client Visits: Travel to visit potential clients, conduct presentations, and negotiate contracts.
Sales Staff Training: Provide guidance and training to the sales team to enhance their skills and performance.
Sales Strategy Development: Formulate and implement effective sales strategies, setting achievable targets to drive business growth.
Sales Analysis: Compile and analyze sales figures to evaluate performance and identify areas for improvement.
