Responsibilities:
Conduct recorded video interviews with quality leads, existing clients, and high-net-worth individuals from the GCC
Make follow-up calls to update people on progress
Communicate effectively to understand motivations behind trading and craft product suggestions
Provide information about the Capital.com platform and about financial markets to leads
Increase the number of verified clients and depositors
Promote Capital.com brand
What we expect:
Fluent in Hindu/Urdu and English
Analytical and problem-solving skills
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Advanced MS Excel skills will be considered as an advantage
Ability to work shifts on rotation (morning & afternoon)
Would be a plus:
Excellent communication and negotiation skills
Ability to work independently
Self-motivated and target-oriented individual
Team player
Previous sales experience
Financial market knowledge/trading experience is advantageous.
