Strategic Leadership
Our ideal candidate will collaborate with clients at the highest level to craft insight-led, data-driven communication strategies for integrated campaigns that not only set the vision for the brand, but also fuel performance growth
Capable of leading the communications planning process internally and externally, from client briefs and workshops, through to internal planning, activation and analysisExperienced leader in cross-channel media, ATL & BTL: TVC, OOH, digital and social (organic and paid)
Able to lead and facilitate a collaborative planning approach with platform partners and media agencies, as well as facilitate quarterly QBRs
Planning Experience
Confident in utilising campaign learnings, market data and performance metrics to construct insight-driven recommendations to achieve client KPI targets
Ability to analyse performance reports and, together with internal and external stakeholders, use the insights to refine our strategy and amplify future performance impact
Knowledge of marketing effectiveness, including understanding how to measure the short and long-term impact of communications (e.g. attribution, incrementality, MMM)
Strategic Quality Assurance
Ensure creative delivery consistently aligns with strategic objectives and communications plans
Continually challenge the team to strive for excellence, raising the bar on creative quality and delivery
Aim for the best quality outcomes and outputs for all campaigns
Client Relationships
Build strong, mutually beneficial relationships with key global clients
Collaborate with the client and media agency to identify key initiatives for enhancing the long-term effectiveness of campaigns
Proactively create briefs and propose solutions that address brand goals, needs, and opportunities.

7+ years experience in agency environment
Specialist in media and comms planning
Experience delivering senior level presentations to clients and internally
Excellent written and presentation skillsAbility to lead and inspire teams
