Marketing - United Arab Emirates, AE - Full time - 941 The Marketing Campaign Director is responsible for overseeing and managing the company's marketing activities across the UAE & Egypt . They will be responsible for developing and executing marketing strategies that drive business growth and increase revenue. They will also work closely with other departments to ensure marketing campaigns align with company goals and objectives.
Responsibilities: · Lead cross-functional teams to plan & implement integrated marketing campaigns across various channels, including social media, CRM , influencers, field marketing, paid advertising, and other digital marketing tactics · Measure & report performance of marketing campaigns on key metrics, gain insight & assess against goals to drive conversion optimization strategies with solid analytical data
Requirements: · 5+ years of experience in marketing, with a proven track record of developing and executing successful marketing campaigns that have driven business results · Experience managing cross-functional teams and working collaboratively with other departments to ensure alignment and consistency in messaging and customer experience · Strong analytical skills and experience using data to measure campaign success and adjust strategies accordingly · Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to create compelling marketing content · Strong leadership skills and experience managing and developing a high-performing marketing team · Experience with various marketing channels, including social media, CRM marketing, paid advertising, and other digital marketing tactics · Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously · Ability to adapt to a fast-paced, ever-changing environment
