We are Hiring: Senior Quantity Surveyor AtkinsRealis is currently looking for experienced Senior Quantity Surveyor to join our team in the UAE. This is a fantastic opportunity to work on high-profile projects in various sectors.
Key Responsibilities
Management of bonds, insurances, and guarantee logs Interim valuations and payment certificates Variations analysis and management Risk and value management Cost analysis Commercial risk analysis Report preparation Attendance at commercial meetings
Experiences and Qualifications
Experience in infrastructure projects Degree in Quantity Surveying Minimum of 10 years’ experience Minimum of 5 years’ UAE/international experience Experience with QS software like Cost X Strong communication skills
Behavioural Competencies
Essential skills such as planning, time management, and customer focus Self-starter and team player Ability to work independently Strong punctuality and confidence
