Responsibilities
● Establish, evolve and translate the visual language for the team.
● Create unique visuals based on strategy and research, making sure they work well across different points of interaction and product experiences.
● Help build user-friendly and well-crafted design elements for our design system.
● Check the quality of designs to ensure they are polished and ready for implementation or final delivery.
● Set high standards for the visual design team by contributing inspiring ideas and guiding them to completion with attention to detail.
● Research and analyze effective design methods for creating motion graphics.
Requirements● Expert knowledge of visual design, typography and color theory
● Proficient with UI and UX best practices and have worked hands-on in projects end-end
● Proven organizational skills, high attention to detail and the ability to juggle multiple priorities
● Hands-on experience in all phases of design process from project initiation through final delivery
● Ability to maintain up-to-date knowledge about the latest design techniques You are proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (specifically Illustrator, InDesign and Photoshop) as well as Figma.
