Role: Social Media Content Specialist ( 12 month contract) 


Based in: Abu Dhabi - Client Side  


We're actively seeking a Social Media Content Executive for a 12-month secondment located in Abu Dhabi. In this role, you'll oversee content across multiple platforms. The perfect candidate will possess a strong enthusiasm for social media, outstanding communication abilities, and meticulous attention to detail.


Responsibilities:


  • Content Management: Oversee the creation and management of content for the client
  • Engagement with social media Agency: Act as the primary point of contact for our social media agency, facilitating communication, providing feedback, and ensuring deliverables are met.
  • Caption Review: Review and approve captions for social media posts to ensure accuracy and alignment with brand guidelines.
  • Artwork Approval: Review and approve artwork created by the agency, providing feedback, and suggesting creative approaches where necessary.
  • Partnership Liaison: Collaborate with partners to obtain media kits and ensure alignment for co-partnered events and activities.
  • KPI Management: Monitor and track key performance indicators (KPIs) related to engagement and make strategic adjustments to improve performance.
  • Agency Oversight: Ensure the social media agency fulfils their scope of work, particularly in areas such as community management and content scheduling.
  • Calendar Management: Manage the Trello calendar for content scheduling and engagement, coordinating with the agency to ensure timely execution.
  • Trend Exploration: Stay up to date with current social media trends and make recommendations for improvements and adjustments to the content strategy.

Requirements:


  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, or related field.
  • Proven experience in social media management, with a strong understanding of various
  • platforms and their best practices.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Detail-oriented with the ability to review and approve content for accuracy and alignment with brand standards.
  • Experience working with social media agencies and managing external partnerships.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make strategic decisions.
  • Proficiency in tools such as Trello, as well as social media management and analytics
  • platforms.
  • Creative thinking and a passion for staying ahead of social media trends.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
