About the job Software Sales Manager

Responsibilities:


1. Sales Strategy Development: Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve company objectives and expand customer base.

5. Sales Forecasting and Reporting: Track sales metrics and prepare regular sales reports, including forecasts and pipeline analysis, for management review.


6. Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including marketing, product development, and customer support, to ensure alignment and support for sales initiatives.


7. Product Knowledge: Maintain a deep understanding of the company's software products and services, and effectively communicate their value proposition to clients.


8. Sales Process Optimization: Continuously evaluate and improve the sales process to streamline operations, increase efficiency, and drive revenue growth.


9. Customer Feedback: Gather feedback from clients regarding product performance and customer satisfaction, and communicate insights to relevant teams for product enhancement.


10. Budget Management: Manage sales budgets, including expenses and resource allocation, to maximize return on investment.


Qualifications:


- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.


- Proven track record of success in software sales, with a minimum of X years of experience in a sales leadership role.


- Strong leadership and team-building skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate others to achieve sales targets.


- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively negotiate and influence key stakeholders.
