• Organize, categorize, and maintain digital and physical documents related to solar PV system operations and maintenance for multiple Solar Projects/ Sites.
• Ensure the accurate labeling, indexing, and archiving of documents to facilitate easy retrieval.
• Complying Client requested reports (Format and Frequency)
• System to track revisions, changes, and approvals of documents.
• Ensure that all documents adhere to the company's/ Client quality standards, including formatting, accuracy, and completeness.
• Conduct regular audits to verify the integrity and compliance of stored documents.
• Work closely with O&M team members, engineers, and external vendors to collect, update, and maintain project-related documents.
• Work with O&M Lead on scheduling cleaning and O&M activities for all active sites
• Prepare and submit Prequalification for the subcontractors and get approval from client
• Arrange documents and All required passes (Manpower, Material, Vehicle) for O&M team to access the site
• Plan the O&M cycle along with O&M Lead and work closely on execution related work
• Arrange emergency items/ equipments as and when required at site
• Prepare and submit all O&M reports (Weekly, Monthly, M&V) for all operational sites
• Coordinate with Procurement and Logistics Team for replacement for faulty parts under warranty claim
• Call and respond to the calls from sites under O&M and relevant activities
• Plan and Preventive maintenance schedule and support PM incharge in getting executed
• Submit reports for Corrective maintenance and Logs
Requirements• Graduate with technical Degree (Engineer, BSc or Equivalent)
• 1-2 Years Experience in Project / O&M Documentation
• Available to Join with 15 Days
• Based in Dubai
