• Develop detailed work schedule and break down structure.
• Implement annual mobilization plan for Offshore department.
• Ensure conformity of catering services onboard of barges.
• Coordinate with all departments and NPCC sites in regard to administrative requirements related to offshore work.
• Supervise subordinates’ work and demonstrate leadership skills.
• Ensure proper implementation of procedures and recommend enhancements.
• Prepare reports and review those prepared by subordinates to ensure accuracy.
• Mentor and coach junior staff.
• Compliance with QA and HSE standards.
Skills Required
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or equivalent
• Minimum of 5 years experience in Offshore Administration
• Good knowledge of Offshore processes and best practices
• Good organizational awareness
• Computer literate
• Good level of written & spoken English
• Strong communication skills
• Work well in a multi-national & multi-cultural environment
