Technical Program Manager

Nice to Have:

• 2-4 years of experience in the energy efficiency or related industries
• Project Management Professional (PMP) Certification

Must Have:

• 5-7 years of software integration project experience at a technology company, with at least 2 of those years at a SaaS company
• Written and verbal fluency in both English and Arabic
• At least 3 years of recent experience working with and managing cross-cultural teams in a global organization
• At least 3 years of experience working in a prestigious systems integration consulting firm and/or have experience at a fast-paced start-up
• At least 2 years of recent experience being the primary owner of the customer relationship during customer onboarding and managing escalations
• At least 2 years being the primary technical lead for a SaaS or software implementation
• Track record of success delivering complex, cross-functional projects with large high-touch enterprise customers with ARR of $500k-$1M+
