Overview of the role:

Join our team as an Automotive Service Technician where you'll play a crucial role in delivering top-tier dealership service to our valued customers. You'll uphold company standards while ensuring exceptional quality, productivity, and technical efficiency, ultimately contributing to the growth of our workshop revenue. What you will do:

• Perform assigned repairs promptly, meeting or exceeding standard time expectations.
• Proactively anticipate potential future failures, providing accurate additional job reports with correct part numbers.
• Maintain cleanliness and safety standards during service/repair activities, adhering to established job flow procedures.
• Execute necessary repairs according to manufacturer standards, ensuring correct fixes in a First-Time Right (FRFT) manner.
• Utilize relevant check sheets and log sheets during diagnosis and repair processes, following prescribed procedures meticulously.

Required skills to be successful:

• Strong mechanical and electrical knowledge, with expertise in diagnosing and repairing automotive issues.
• Familiarity with a wide range of workshop equipment and tools, capable of utilizing them effectively.
• Ability to interpret and analyze drawings, schematics, and service manuals, facilitating accurate repairs.
• Proficiency in basic PC skills to navigate digital resources and documentation.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, enabling effective collaboration within the team and clear communication with customers.

• Minimum of 3 years of relevant experience in automotive service
• Possession of an automobile-related diploma or certificate
• Comprehensive expertise derived from practical experience
• Strong technical knowledge and understanding
• Formal education complementing hands-on experience
• Ability to deliver exceptional service consistently
• Prepared to make a significant impact on workshop success
