• Remove dirt and debris from windows and windshield and apply primer before starting every tinting job.• Install window tint on customer vehicle using quality products and the most trusted techniques for the best results.• F1 – Fix it Right First Time• Completion of job within allotted time• Handling of customer’s vehicle in a safely manner• Remain in constant communication with Team Leader to ensure tasks stay on schedule and are completed per the latest company standards.• Ensure to use protective covers for customer vehicles.• Cleanliness of work area• Choose the right tools, equipment, and parts necessary to complete a job.• Ensure W/S safety procedures and requirements are strictly followed as per SOP and safety gears used at workplace (personal safety/equipment safety/customer’s vehicle etc.)
• Higher secondary or Diploma or equivalent.• 3 years minimum experience in Dealership with minimum 2 years on Tint jobs• Precision to carry out the tasks.• Computer literacy
