Responsibilities



Receive calls / emails from potential or existing customers. Answer queries / questions about products, services or the company. Qualify the clients and their inquiries using the standard Metropolitan scripts. Ask questions to understand customer requirements and offer solutions based on client’s needs. Direct prospects to the sales agent and share the feedback / information received from the clients. Consistently check if clients are contacted by the sales agent. Follow up the sales agent and ensure to contact their assigned clients on time. Build good relationships with potential and existing customers through open and interactive communication. Ensure that all clients are contacted within the timeframe of 48 to 78 hours. Enter and update all customer information and all feedback in the CRM system. Handle complaints professionally to preserve the company’s reputation and provide solutions. Follow up call to get feedback and to gather more requirements from the existing clients. Go the “extra mile” to bring more sales and facilitate future sales. Keep records of calls and sales and note useful information by creating daily reports for all contacted leads. Work on a rotation shifts to answer incoming calls and inquiries. Answer calls are not limited to 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM as all calls should be answered after working hours in order not to lose any leads. The schedule will be organised by the management.See all

At least 3 years of experience in a similar role Proven experience in Real Estate industry Excellent organisational and multitasking abilities. Strong communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
