Job Description
Coordinate the relationship set up with brokers, banks, and custodians, ensuring all documentation and compliance requirements are met. Building and maintaining strong professional relationships with brokers, banks, custodians, data vendors, service providers. Perform/supervise daily and monthly reconciliation of trades, positions, and cash balances to ensure accuracy and consistency across all accounts. Proactively identify and resolve operational issues, liaising with internal teams and external partners to ensure smooth trading activities. Follow and supervise implementation of procedures and controls to enhance operational efficiency and mitigate risks. Collaborate with the compliance, risk and legal teams to ensure all trading activities adhere to regulatory requirements and company policies. Assist in the development and testing of new systems and processes to support trading activities and operational scalability. Provide regular updates and reports to senior management on account statuses, operational challenges, and resolutions.
Qualifications
Minimum of 3 years of experience in a middle office, account management, trade support or operational role within a financial services or trading firm. Strong understanding of financial markets, trading operations, and the regulatory landscape. Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with a keen attention to detail. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, capable of building effective relationships with external partners and internal teams. Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines. Proactive, self-motivated, and team-oriented, with a strong commitment to operational excellence.
