We are looking to connect with highly motivated and customer-focused professionals to join our client, who are a leading Insurance broker in the UAE. In this role, you will be responsible for promoting and selling travel insurance products to clients and businesses that are planning domestic and international travel. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, a strong understanding of travel insurance policies, and a passion for delivering exceptional service to clients.


Key Responsibilities:


  • Actively promote and sell travel insurance products to clients through various channels, including phone calls, emails, and in-person consultations.
  • Educate clients on different types of travel insurance policies and coverage options available to meet their specific needs.
  • Provide personalized recommendations and assistance to clients in selecting the most suitable travel insurance plans.
  • Process insurance policy applications, renewals, and cancellations accurately and efficiently.
  • Collaborate with other team members to achieve sales targets and contribute to the overall success of the company.
  • Stay informed about industry trends, changes in regulations, and new product offerings to effectively advise clients and maintain a competitive edge in the market.
  • Handle inquiries, complaints, and claims from clients professionally and promptly, ensuring satisfactory resolution and maintaining client satisfaction.

Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or certification in insurance sales or related field preferred.
  • Proven experience in sales, preferably in the insurance or travel industry.
  • Strong understanding of travel insurance products, policies, and regulations.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport and establish trust with clients.
  • Effective communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize tasks, and work independently or as part of a team.
  • Proficiency in using computer software and CRM systems.
  • Results-oriented mindset with a focus on achieving sales targets and delivering exceptional customer service.
