Greeting and seating guests with a warm and friendly demeanour
Providing detailed information on menus and answering any questions guests may have
Taking accurate orders and ensuring prompt delivery of meals and drinks
Upselling additional services and products to guests
Handling guest inquiries and complaints with professionalism and tact
Working effectively as part of a team to ensure seamless service delivery
Requirements
We Seek Individuals Who:

Are proficient in both Russian and English, both written and spoken
Possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills
