Waitress

Job Description:

We are seeking a friendly and efficient waitress to join our team. The ideal candidate should be passionate about providing excellent customer service and creating a positive dining experience for our guests. As a waitress, you will be responsible for taking orders, serving food and beverages, and ensuring customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities:

1. Greet and welcome guests in a friendly and professional manner.
2. Take food and beverage orders accurately and promptly.
3. Relay orders to the kitchen staff and bartenders.
4. Serve food and drinks to guests in a timely manner.
5. Check on guests periodically to ensure satisfaction with their meals and address any concerns.
6. Clear tables and ensure that they are clean and properly set up for the next guests.
7. Handle cash and card transactions accurately and efficiently.
8. Maintain a clean and organized work area.
9. Collaborate with other team members to provide excellent service.
10. Follow all safety and sanitation procedures.

Requirements:

1. Previous experience as a waitress or in a similar role preferred.
2. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
3. Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
4. Strong customer service skills.
5. Attention to detail.
6. Ability to work well in a team.
7. Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
8. Must be able to stand and walk for extended periods.
9. Knowledge of food and beverage menus is a plus.
