Production Pharmacist

Job Purpose:

Lead the ampoule manufacturing team to meet the provided production plan and assure complying of the process to the cGMP rules.

Responsibilities and Tasks:

• Supervising Operators during the production process,
• assuring the process flow according to cGMP rules.
• Updating / Creating SOPs. Training New Operators on different Operations.
• Collection and Review of the Batch manufacturing records.
• Reporting any problems in utilities /machines during the production process Assuring complied Enviromental Monitoring to start production ( differential pressures ,
• Particulate count , temperature , humidity) Check cleaning, disinfecting and clearance of machines, utensils and rooms according to SOPs approved by the Quality Assurance Department.
• Perform Integrity test as per process requirement. Maintain filling area in the required sterile conditions.
• Respect of companies values, code of ethics and Social charter.

HSE and Energy Role:-

• Applying the machine safety checklist on regular basis.
• Ergonomics training on regular basis.
• Commitment to the appropriate PPE use Ensures that risk assessment to any new transferred product and new machine is adequately covered.
• Continuous monitoring to the first aid boxes Executing waste management measures for optimum utilization of resources.
• Follow the approved HSE policy and requirements.
• Follow all the statutory legalization concerning Health, Safety and environmental law.
• Optimizing the machines operation and reduce the waste to minimize the energy consumption of energy sources.

Job Holder Entry Requirements:

Education: Bachelor's degree in pharmacy

Related Experience: from 6 months - 3 years of experience in the production.

Special Knowledge/Skills:

Good Computer skills.  

Excellent Command of English
