Well, I Mohsin Raza registered on Bayt.com 4 years back but I was not expecting that I will get a job through a website because I had registered earlier on many websites looking for jobs but with no response. One day the HR department of my current employer "Emirates Motor Company" called me & they said they found my resume on Bayt.com. I was very surprised but it was the truth. When I came across Bayt.com, the website looked very interesting so I registered and started browsing through the jobs trying to find one that fits my profile and skills. As a fresh IT graduate, I was desperately looking for a job when I found Bayt.com. The website gave me what I was missing the most - connections to employers and hope. I got hope that my skills were definitely of value no matter how bad the job market could be.

Back in 2008, I attended Bayt.com's Virtual Job Fair, where I met a representative from a management consulting regional company, looking for a technical writer. I applied, got interviewed and shortly after that I got the job.

Working for that company proved to be one of the most rewarding professional experiences I've had; as I gained more responsibilities as an assignment coordinator and became the Regional Manager's right hand in Amman office, I also used Bayt.com to recruit new team members!
