How does the “Application Highlight” work?

The “Application Highlight” option allows you to purchase a limited number of “Highlight Credits” at a time. You can use these credits to highlight your application/ CV in the employer “Inbox”, expressing the fact that you are specifically keen in being considered for the position.
You can purchase these credits at any point of time, and also use them to highlight your applications in retrospect.

Does the use of “Application highlight” guarantee me a “view” or an “interview call” by an employer?

The objective of an “Application Highlight”; is only to enhance the visibility of your CV in the employer inbox; and convey your keenness in being considered for the advertised position. However it does not “guarantee” that the employer will view your CV or invite you for an interview.

How many credits can I purchase? What is their validity?

You can purchase 10 credits for USD 40; the credits have to be used within a period of 2 months from the date of purchase, at the end of the 2 months all unused credits will lapse.

If I have used an application highlight credit to highlight my application for a job posting, how long will my CV/ application stay highlighted?

Once you have used your application highlight credit, your CV / application will always appear highlighted in the employer folder; there is no end date for the same.

Can I use highlight credits to highlight my older applications?

Yes, you can.

Will my CV/ application be highlighted in results of employer searches?

No, this product can be used only when applying to jobs POSTED on our site, to ensure proper relevance; we do not allow it to be used for searches.
