   • The appointment for the consultancy session will be fixed within 10 business days of the CV being finalized.

6. How do I select the package and make the payment?

   Follow the below mentioned steps to complete your payment:

   1. Click on the red "Order Now" tab at the top of the page to view the packages on the service selection page.
   2. Scroll down the page to choose the package you wish to purchase and click on the corresponding "Order Now" link.
   3. Complete the contact information (including country code) on the Submit Your Order page.
   4. Browse and attach your word CV and check the box next to "I agree to the CV Writing Services Terms of Agreement" after viewing the prices.
   5. Next, click on "Continue to Payment" at the bottom of the page to go to the Shopping Cart.
   6. View the payment details and confirm the order/s and choose the desired payment method.
   7. To pay by credit card (MasterCard or Visa cards are only acceptable) click on the "Proceed to Checkout" option and enter your credit card details.
   8. To pay by cash at any of our offices across the GCC, please view our contact details.

   11. To pay by cheque, kindly issue the amount in US dollar and send it to the following address:

   In the case of wire transfer, please print the form and fax us at +971.4.361.1041. We would also prefer receiving a copy of your bank transfer slip for follow-up. In your correspondence, please indicate your order date and number.

   It normally takes 3 - 4 working days for your transfer to reach our account; therefore, please be advised that your order will be processed upon the completion of your transaction.

   Note: Please add the applicable wire transfer fees to your total payment amount. The total sum sent by wire transfer should include the cost of the CV service plus all transaction fees; refer to your bank for further details. Kindly note that the CV service subscribed for will not be processed until the entire payment along with transaction charges has been paid in advance. It will take 10 business days (3 day working week) for us to deliver your order.

7. What is the process involved, from the time I subscribe to the service, till I get delivery of the finalized service?

   1. Submit your order online.
   2. Once payment is received and processed, we will start to work on your order. We may ask you more detailed questions about your work experience via email.
   3. You will receive the first draft and/or cover letter for review within 10 business days (3 business days for express service) of payment being received.
   4. From the day you get delivery of the first draft, you may get back to us within 14 days with 2 rounds of edits / modifications.
   5. If you have subscribed to the platinum upgrade, you will receive the word and PDF versions of your CV and/or cover letter once the online version has been finalized.
   6. If you have subscribed to the Personalized CV Consultancy please refer to question 5 above.

8. I have subscribed to the special offer for unemployed jobseeker, but I cannot wait any longer and need the services urgently. May I apply to the paid service? What if I win the offer at a later date?

   Even if you have subscribed to the special offer for unemployed jobseekers, you may choose to opt for the paid subscription anytime you wish to, however if you are, your name will remain in the draw as long as you renew it, if you are to qualify for the free package at any given future date (not exceeding 1 year) your money will be refunded.
