Alkobraish L.L.C was founded 1979 by Mr. Mohammed Alkobraish as a sole proprietorship corporation specializing in construction. Holding an ISO 9001:2015 certificate, the company played a vital role in the construction boom of the Eighties, contributing towards its success through a number of prestigious building projects, which included educational institutions, plazas and housing projects. Today, the organization is considered to be the leading contractor in the natural stone and cladding industry and one of the top stone contractors in the country. The Alkobraish Group offers business strategies and services across these main divisions: • Water and sewage treatment and networking • Electrical and Telecommunication Work • Civil engineering and construction • Stone supplier and installation • Plumbing, industrial and mechanical material trading and contracting • Real estate development and management In 2012 the organization was incorporated into a limited partnership to achieve the strategic planning initiatives of expansion, diversification and maintaining continuance growth year over year (YoY).

The Alkobraish mission of 2020 • Generating annual growth of 25% to 30% to become one of the top five infrastructure contractors in KSA. • Achieving a ‘First Class’ water, sewer and building construction by the MoM & Rural Affairs and as per the local Contractor Classification Law • Empowering the Civil Engineering unit through Housing projects with the Ministry of Housing. • Expanding the scope of operation and business in electromechanical and energy sectors.
