About Aramco Gulf Operations Company

Aramco Gulf Operations Company Limited is a 100% subsidiary of Saudi Aramco and operates as an independent entity, headquartered in Al-Khafji City, Saudi Arabia. Aramco Gulf Operations Company Limited (AGOC) and Kuwait Gulf Oil Company (KGOC) are party to the ‘Joint Petroleum Production Operations Agreement’, from which, Khafji Joint Operations (KJO) was formed in 2003. AGOC operates under the KJO umbrella, for the economic exploitation of oil and gas resources in the offshore divided neutral zone between the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia and the State of Kuwait.
