Over the past two decades until 2003, Nesma Construction Group operated within the scope of three affiliated-companies: Nesma & Alfadl Contracting Co. Ltd. for civil and building services, AGAP Arabia Ltd for industrial construction services and Nesma-Emcor Co. Ltd. for electro-mechanical services.
In 2004, the three companies operating under the umbrella of Nesma Construction Group were integrated and merged as Nesma & Partners Contracting Co. Ltd.

Nesma & Partners now includes all the three specialized disciplines of the construction trade: civil and building division, industrial mechanical division, and electro-mechanical division. The company is certified to ISO 9001:2000 as well as ASME ‘A’ and ‘PP’.
