Waad Holding Company is a well established, diversified, family owned, conglomerate based in Jeddah. The Holding Company is a “For‐Profit” organization and will include a new charitable foundation (under formation).
KNOWLEDGE & LEARNING GROUP
The key focus of this group is the Educational Sector. Current operations include Dar AlThiker Schools and Al Thuraya Education. Dar Al Thiker Schools was founded in 2001. It currently has more than 2300 students from Kindergarten to Senior School levels. . Al Thuraya Education is a new College/University being established in the north of Jeddah and is scheduled to open soon. The target intake for the college is some 7,500 students. The College will offer a range of courses in Engineering, Applied Management Sciences and Information Technology.
