Maad Street Hotel Project Site: The proposed Project site is located in Jeddah Al Ruwais District #3. The 3,600 square meter area is roughly Square site bordered by Maadi Street to the north and within close vicinity to the largest Andalus Street and the Theme Restaurants area to the North and East. Nearby land uses include Theme restaurants, furnished apartments and multifamily residential neighborhood Hotel and internals: The Proposed 4 Star Hotel Project would consist of a 3600 Square Meters hotel complex of 184 guestrooms, 20 suites, 3 restaurants, Cocktail BAR, Business Centre/Retail, banquet rooms, 2 Seating Lounges, Lobby Lounge, swimming pool, sports rooms/GYM, 4 levels car parking, 4 other outlets:- Kitchen, Admin. Office, House Keeping, Entrance Porch, Reception, 4 other outlets: (STO, Locker room, Employees Cafeteria, Loading, together with all installations necessary for the operation of the buildings for hotel purposes (including heating, lighting, sanitary equipment, air conditioning, laundry and built-in kitchen equipment, together with the FF&E, Operating Equipment and Inventory Items Other relevant information: The Project Site is visually prominent from the surrounding roads and neighborhoods, as well as from Jeddah central commercial district and Jeddah Southern Cornish. 2. Accomplished Milestones Contracted with the Dubai-based Engineering Company (Design Work Portfolio- DWP) for hotel concept and interior designs. Contracted with the Hotels Operator - Millennium and Copthorne Middle East Holdings Limited and the following agreements already executed:- A- HOTEL OPERATING AND MANAGEMENT AGREEMENT B- HOTEL TECHNICAL CONSULTANCY SERVICES AGREEMENT 3. Contracted with 4D – 4Th Dimension, Eng. Mahmoud Kabakibo for MEP and Schematic designs.
