Headquartered in Dubai, one of the world's most exciting and growing commercial and financial centres, Abraaj Capital focuses on identifying, analyzing, structuring and executing Buyouts of stable, mature businesses of importance to the Region. We are opportunistic and closely follow businesses in manufacturing, consumer distribution, logistics, banking and financial services, media and energy among others. We mainly invest in majority control positions. We 'Buy and Build' businesses, adding significant value through further acquisitions, operational improvements, enhanced corporate governance and alignment of management and shareholder interests. Ultimately our objective is to harvest the value created through creatively structured exits to strategic and trade buyers or onto public markets in the Region and beyond.
