Ajial took the decision to establish two subsidiaries to ensure in-house resources and expertise are used efficiently and effectively to manage these projects. These two subsidiary companies are: Al Hamra Real Estate Company Al Hamra Cinema Company KSCC One of proudest moments has been the construction of the Ajial Mall in 2003, well equipped with modern facilities and amenities. It is built on a 6,000 square meters plot with a total built up area of approximately 24,000 square meters and includes retail, food & beverage offerings, cinemas and offices. The company is also on the path of completing two major projects that include “Al Hamra” and “Al Andulas’ and which are due for completion in 2010 and 2011 respectively. Al Hamra project, located in the heart of Kuwait City, rises as the tallest skyscraper in Kuwait at 412 meters high. Al Hamra is considered a monument to architectural and engineering innovation. Al Andalus project, on the other hand, is located on Beirut street in Hawally, Kuwait and is built on a 10,356.5 square meters plot. As a result, today Ajial is a name to reckon with and shall continue to make enormous strides in creating world class pieces of sensible architecture with the latest technology and innovation available.
