ALEMAR was founded in 1986 in Amman, Jordan by its current managing director, and it was able over a short period of time to penetrate the local construction market and impose itself as a strong competitor. The company has since extensively undertaken projects with the public and private sectors including hospitals, schools and educational centers, office and commercial complexes, industrial establishments, hotels, residential buildings, and recreational clubs. ALEMAR was created with a vision to expand and has recently established Construction Management offices in Qatar and Canada.
