It went on to be established in outsourcing HRM functions and facilitating organisations to streamline their processes and set their HR Departments. We conduct various psychometric tests at recruitment level and for developmental purpose. A unique feature of Al FANAR is that we conduct personality tests of all participants ( The 16 P F Test ).
